Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Rebrth. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn and unused, with original tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at business@rebrth.co to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The quickest solution is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must meet the same condition requirements as above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting process.
